GERALD A. DUCOT

Mr. Ducot is co-founder and a major investor in Lone Oak Fund, for which he serves as co-managing director. Over the past 35 years, Mr. Ducot has been involved in lending, development, construction, leasing and management of more than 2,000,000 square feet of property.

As vice president of Helmsley-Spear, Mr. Ducot developed the California Jewelry Mart in downtown Los Angeles. He is founder and owner of Lazar-Ducot Associates, Inc., a real estate investment and development company.

He has developed or acquired for his own account over fifty projects, including commercial and medical office buildings, shopping centers, apartments, condominium conversions, single-family homes and mobile home parks. Mr. Ducot is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton.

JAMES A. ROTHSTEIN

Mr. Rothstein is co-founder and a major investor in Lone Oak Fund, for which he serves as co-managing director.

An attorney and current member of the State Bar of California, Mr. Rothstein earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 1971. He received his B.A. in 1968 from the University of California, Los Angeles. After practicing law for nearly 20 years, Mr. Rothstein became a licensed real estate broker and president of Crestwood Capital Corporation, a real estate lending and development firm.

At Crestwood he originated, funded and serviced over $100,000,000 in private real estate loans. He has owned and entitled residential subdivisions, developed single and multi-family residential projects, and also been co-developer of numerous industrial and office projects in Ventura County, California and Las Vegas, Nevada.
