Lone Oak Fund, LLC funded a $4,000,000 first trust deed on a free and clear, high-end home in Beverly Hills. The Borrower, a wealthy foreign national, purchased the rental home as an investment property. The Borrower will use the cash-out for other business investments.
This transaction was brought to Lone Oak by a broker working directly with the borrower. The broker collected a $100,000 commission at the close of escrow.
