Oakland Cross-Collateralization


Lone Oak Fund, LLC closed an $850,000 loan secured by a first trust deed on 14 single family residences in Oakland, California. The borrower, an experienced real estate investor, cross collateralized his free and clear properties to pull cash out for other real estate investments. Lone Oak provided financing at over 50% of the combined purchase prices for 12 months, 7.90% interest only and 2.0 points.
