South Beverly Hills 16-Unit Apartment Building



Lone Oak Fund, LLC just funded a $5,750,000 first trust deed, secured by a fully leased, 16-unit apartment building in South Beverly Hills.  The 6 month loan, priced at just 7.90% interest only and 1.50 points, will be used to pay off the borrower’s existing loans that came due.  Borrower intends to put the property on the market and will pay off Lone Oak’s loan with the sale of the building.
